The pay is not competitive compared to other companies around. The insurance is not helpful if you have pre-existing medical conditions as the premiums are high. A manager can make or break a single store as well and it seems cooperate doesn't care much for the team members.

The team is in with you, you work together to get tasks done. Without team work nothing would get done in the store. You have to rely on each other or else everything fails.
