Marlin, our captain at store 630, along with our Mates are the best. They have created a warm, nurturing environment. The crew members are great. I enjoy the diversity of product and working with out customers. It is one of the most enjoyable jobs that I have had.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am a part time employee. I recently received eye and dental insurance. I was amazed at how generous the benefits are.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was very comfortable. It felt more like a conversation than an interview. They made it easy for me to be myself and interview well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are encouraging and appreciative of the efforts of the crew members. They work with crew members with schedule conflicts. Our captain and mates warm and friendly and work along with the crew members.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team works together very hard and efficiently to work the load in the evenings. It is amazing how much work we can accomplish in a few hours. Everyone pitches in and works hard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Captain and Mates work hard to create a positive atmosphere. They greet Crew members and show genuine interest in us. They model and encourage crew members to encourage each other. They encourage us to try new things and take on responsibility. They show appreciation for the work that we do.
