This has been one if the worst experiences I've had working for a company. The lack of support, the bullying and the toxic work environment drove me to quit without any notice. This could just be at my store, but sadly, my experience is not singular.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A fair raise would be in order due to my constant improvement in the workplace.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are very supportive, encouraging, uplifting and helpful. They kept me at the store for as long as I was there.
