my particular store isn't in a diverse area and the crew isn't that diverse. the minorities that do work at my store are discriminated against and when we complain it isn't taken seriously.

the team I work with is great at what we do and we work well together

it was very personal and more about my personal strengths that I can contribute to making my store more neighborhood like and unique
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
being more supportive. most of our mates don't know how to work 80% of the sections in the store if anything goes wrong I can only rely on about 20% of the mate team to fix any issues I may have.
