I am treated with respect. We work as a team and our ideas and opinions matter. I work in NYC, and our stores get very busy. It was a crew member that came up with the idea to have two people directing the check out lines. It resulted in a smoother and quicker moving experience for the customer.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The biyearly raises and the employee discount.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They were all crew members first. They understand what the crew members do and they really try to be supportive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We respect each other and we don't hesitate to help each other. Most of the time everybody is in a good mood. The fact that we move from task to task helps with that. It makes your day go quickly.
