Awful. I dread waking up the days I'm going to transcribe. I've been on the same teams for years, and there are no raises to rates. I make abysmally low money. The admins are rude and practice toxic positivity.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The tests are easy enough if you study the guide.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Fewer announcements about the same things over and over and over again. It's redundant and unnecessary.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not being paid enough makes a person feel like they're worthless. This company is bad for mental health.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is that it's work-from-home, and I never have to see any of these people in my day-to-day life. I like to pretend they don't exist.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The rates are low. It's impossible to make a living wage in the United States while getting work from this company. I would feel better if i was paid more.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to remember that the transcriptionists are doing the bulk of the work and should be payed much, much more than they currently are. The leadership team should be paid less.
