The overall culture of helpfulness and kindness is amazing.

Everyone is respectful, helpful, and patient. The more experienced often reach out to the less experienced to help them and show them the ropes
What makes you most happy at work?
The amount of flexibility I'm given. As long as I can complete my assigned work, I can basically choose when to start and end.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're always available to help, even outside of business hours. Most of them started at the lowest levels, so there's no disconnect between the different levels when it comes to understanding our issues. The methods of communication in place make it very easy to reach almost anyone in leadership.
