I love it here. I've said it in other comments and I'll say it again: there's real, tangible ways to move up, I've worked there about 2 months and already advanced multiple times just through work and exams, and the people are marvelous, helpful, friendly, and so supportive. I have friends!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the online support of others at work is the best part about the environment. They cultivate both professional and personal conversation areas beautifully.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued relative to comparable jobs; I will say the pay is not amazing, but it's very honest about what it is and it's easy to advance well.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It's very factual and straightforward-- you take exams with carefully cultivated, detailed answer keys to account for the options and you get a fair shake at it all. They activate new accounts VERY quickly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
A company with thousands of remote workers manages to foster camaraderie, friendship, and a supportive workplace online-- and faith in a personal review process that can have excellent results! I love my boss, she's the best.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the variety! I can transcribe dozens of different types of interviews or meetings or lectures or really anything any given day, and it's always so exciting to see what new interesting thing I get to learn about.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'll say it again-- my team feels like and functions like a real team, despite being a few hundred remote contractors. I love it, I know my boss knows me personally from holiday parties online and my coworkers and I both joke around and share information, and it's a wonderful group.
