If you're willing to improve your skills, there is a lot of opportunity to move up and increase your pay rate. Flexible work hours, great work variety, being able to work from anywhere you have a computer and headphones ... absolutely the best job I've ever had.

We're all supportive of each other and encourage each other when things are difficult. There's a lot of camaraderie.
What did you like most about the interview process?
As long as you can read and type in English, and can listen attentively to spoken audio through headphones, you can be hired. Easiest job application/interview I've ever done.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work from home is great! I get to take breaks whenever I feel like it, and there's no pressure to produce a certain amount per day or per hour (aside from my own internal motivation to earn more).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As independent contractors, we don't receive benefits or stock/equity. The pay rate is not one that you could comfortably live on in the United States as your sole source of income, but is an easy way to make some side money.
