I have been here for about a year and a half. I do wish that I could make more money here, but I love the work, the people, and the flexibility.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They treat everyone as equals and are always willing to help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone, from the very top to coworkers, is willing to help everyone else without an ulterior motive or compensation.
What makes you most happy at work?
I can work at the pace I want to, when I want to and however long I want to.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish the wage was higher because I really love working here but I might have to look elsewhere since I am in desperate need of money.
What did you like most about the interview process?
At our company there is no interview, there are exams which determine the different teams you can join and levels of advancement you can obtain. I love it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The absolute best thing about working at TM is the community. I've worked at other similar companies and the TM people are by far the friendliest and most helpful.
