Upbeat environment. Administrators continually create an atmosphere of fun and challenge.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As I am a contract employee, I don't have a compensation package. I knew this when joining Transcribe Me and am perfectly fine with it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that my work is appreciated. I also learn a lot from the clients, which often makes me feel like I'm auditing a graduate-level course.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works diligently. I can count on their expertise as well. When one of us has a question, others are ready with an informed answer and always tag an administrator for followup.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The administrative team at Transcribe Me is professionally cordial. They truly set a high bar for treating their employees with the utmost respect while encouraging and ensuring excellent work habits. It's a great company to be a part of.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The preliminary exams required to qualify to work at Transcribe Me are quite challenging. However, hopeful applicants are allowed to retake an exam as many times as necessary to pass. Encouragement to do one's own work is firmly advised and cautioned. Honestly, I love a good challenge.
