It's a nice way to exercise your brain a little when you have some time on your hands. I like that it has improved my typing and grammar. I like that we get feedback on our work so we can IMPROVE our skills. Like getting paid to take a class? The community is helpful and kind.

Everyone is very supportive, encourages growth, and works together.
What makes you most happy at work?
It somehow feels rewarding. You are part of a team to accomplish a goal. I've learned information about industries I've never thought about. I continually improve my typing and grammar. It feels like I've accomplished something every time I complete a job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very knowledgeable and are excited to help others on the team. Everyone is very kind. There is a learning curve to this position and everyone is so helpful to answer questions and give tips. It's not competitive. Everyone is really supportive.
What did you like most about the interview process?
You run through tests so, to a certain extent, you know what you're getting into. It tests you and trains you a bit at the same time. It won't let you through until you're ready. I haven't passed all of the tests yet, but I keep improving and trying again.
