They don't micromanage, but they still do really care. They are all very kind, professional, and prompt. You can trust them to take things seriously, but also have a sense of humor. I feel like they are really invested in me growing in the industry.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I am on is made up of serious transcribers and quality assurers that do a great job. Everyone seems to really love the company. I can trust that no one will ever belittle me for not knowing something. We all encourage each other. It's probably the healthiest work environment I've ever known
