Working at TranscribeMe has been a lot of fun. The team is always so helpful when anyone has a question and the admins are encouraging and helpful as well. They encourage growth and I have been able to advance to Quality Assurer much sooner than I expected due to their encouragement and guidance.

The team is very encouraging and helpful. It truly feels like everyone wants to see everyone be successful.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The hiring process is done entirely online. You need to study how things are done and pass exams in order to get hired on.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is there to help. When you make a mistake, they encourage growth and guide you in the right direction. They are always there to help and want to see everyone succeed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is a lot of work that goes into being a Transcriber and Quality Assurer. A bit of a higher pay rate would be nice as you can easily put hours into a file and only get paid $6 an hour at the end of the day. It is however a learning curve, so perhaps my speed will pick up even more.
