The past year in my location has been a nightmare. As a manager i am cutrsntly subjucted to bullying from staff and site GM. I have been threatened with my job due to false employee statements Management in the profit centers have zero control of staff or abilty to perfom job functions
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are only GM meetibg and staff meetings. Assistants get left out for the most part and they are the ones keeping concept running.
