What do you like best about the leadership team?

Everybody has great communication and we were together

Haven't been there long enough

Understands happy employees have higher morale and willingness to provide great service. Goes to bat daily for staff and jumps into help without hesitation.

communication is key it directs staff toward a goal. when the staff are not informed they do not know which would be best to proceed forward.

Our new site manger is doing awesome and is always open to hear our concerns and offer us help n guidance.

They are supportive and I enjoy being around them

Provide consistancy and shift organization with staffing. Certain shifts who need multiple staff run without and others are over staffed.

A leader who will lead.! Someone who cares bout how well the store is progressing because if the store makes money so does the employees.! They have no award system for the ones overworked.! They have no communucation skills.

Needs to be more available and communicate with workers more. Less anger and putting people down by picking out their fault and instead lift them up by showing their strengths

Zero communication with the field.. 50 vice presidents trying to scare people while sending operations in opposite directions. Truly sad when almost no vice presidents have successfully ran in the field on the last decade.. massive disconnect with the ground floor
