What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The work itself is great. I like work, the job,the duties.

Most of us have known each other for years. That cant be replaced. We have grown into a team that can handle a lot.

Some days it's positive and some days it's very negative

I love meeting new people

The employees are great to work with

for the most part we are more of a family

You are definitely in a place to meet new people from all walks of life

The realization from the top down that professional drivers are our livelihood.

I honestly cant answer that.! Nothing is positive

We all work together each day to offer the best possible service to our drivers

People try to be positive but it's difficult when we're so understaffed

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Stop the hyposcrises and harrassments

Better onsite managment for the shop.

better training and attention paid to employees

Hire and new crew for all shifts

Better communication between management and corporate. More hands on involvement from home office. Employees would benefit greatly from seeing the important folks drop in and conduct some training or stop by a store to recognize an employee or department for some type of success. Boost morale too

teach the managers WHO HAVENT EVEN TOUCHED A REGISTER to respect their employees

My site's c-store needs new managers that are actually professional, willing to help, and know what theyre doing

Better communication from employees, a consistent pay instead of job based pay, CEO’s need to understand that cutting back on hours company wide is not good for each individual job sit

No compliments just complaints. Also they allow the customers to verbally attack the employees and do nothing about it

They need to all be on the same page and work together to accomplish the same goals.

The employees should be given more freedom to stand up for themselves against the customers who aren't at all friendly. It's not ok to be disrespected and called names while you are trying to make a living for your family.
