The assistant managers try hard to fill in the gaps when ever there is an issue

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating with employees in front of customers in a derogatory way, retaliation when employees have issues, procedural process of reporting, process of customer tolerance when employees are interacting.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You get a diverse environment with the customer base which makes for a different environment. It breaks up the day to day routine of the job itself which is nice. Overall, customers are pleasant.

The employees seem to band together and genuinely care, it seems like our main manager doesn't seem to be as concerned with the going ons at the restaurant
