There are many things wrong with TSC. The pay is abysmal, but I have to work to pay for college, managers literally never do anything other than sit in the office on their phone, no free meals (combines with low pay = hungry on break) and so much more than I can't fit into 300 characters. Bad place.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There really isn't anything positive. Sometimes customers are nice.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It would be nice if they would hire people who are like me instead of people who have quit 5 jobs in the last 4 months.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not paid enough to even pay for school, we don't get free meals and with low pay that means it's impossible to eat on break, and we don't even get to keep our tips. Our managers get our tips, even though the managers do not do anything to deserve it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to actually do something other than play on their phones. When I'm the only crew member there with three managers, I should not have to take orders, make food and smoothies, and deal with customer complaints about time. I also should not get yelled at for taking a long time doing all this.
