It was a wreck at first it seems like the Colorado stores are forgotten a lot, seems that nothing goes right
What did you like most about the interview process?
It wasn’t really an interview more “when can you work” and that was my old GM who doesn’t work there

My team works very well together and will do whatever it takes to keep morale in the store high and people happy to come to work

I do wish consideration for better treatment for the employees, seems there’s no real perks to working at tropical and it makes it harder to keep employe
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My GM is the best y’all got and breaks her back for the company and never really gets fully appreciated she is the reason I push so hard for the compa
What makes you most happy at work?
When everyone is doing their job consistently but having a good time while doing it, good steady business while having good staff to keep it going when it’s slow it’s nice to clean
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Have some type of benefits the dental plan is kinda messed up, and managers could use better benefits and training, separate days for training would work nicely, having employees designated as trainees so make sure people are getting all the info they need to do their job effectively
