The owners don't align with the fun friendly work environment promoted by tropical Smoothie Cafe. Being friendly and building relationships with regular customers is a waste of time in their eyes. They run their store like typical corporations. Very disappointing

Tropical smoothie is supposed to be fun and friendly. The owners are the opposite and they do not do a good job promoting what tropical smoothie cafe says it stands for. Fun and friendly is a waste of time in their eyes
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm more concerned about the other employees. The owners do not promote any fun or friendly environment to work in. No body likes them and no one is going to want to work for people like them. They do not have good management skills. You can tell they never worked in any food service industry before
