After William was hired all the crew have had a problem with him including me with throwing kambros when angry and breaking them, yelling at customers for using the restroom, and cursing at them. Heather was resentiy hired and weve had problems with her too. I would love to go in more detail about

They ask questions about yourself and explain what youll be doing once you start. Uniform policy was explained wonderfully.

We build friendships and those friendships make working more fun and relaxed as well with the customers we build relationships
What makes you most happy at work?
On most says im happy to see the people i have great conversations with and it makes work go by fast and effectivly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have been a shift lead for over a year and i have disabilies that cause me to be different than other shift leads and i feel like i get blamed and yelled at by the assistant manager and GM when i do things that i unfortunately cant control so i cant say i like anything the leadership team does.
