For the three months I worked at tropical smoothie I had a horrible experience. My boss began verbally harassing me my second day there and it even got to the point that other workers were pulling him aside to ask him about his inappropriate behavior towards me and his workplace hostility.

The workers were like a second family to me, the management was cruel and horrible and made a horrible toxic unstable work environment.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The management is horrible and they treat the workers horrible and make it a hostile work environment. You can fix this by getting new management.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be treated like a human being and to not to antagonized and bullied every time I went to work by my boss. To have a healthy work environment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
