What does the leadership team need to get better at?
@ Sanford NC Plant most Supervisors w/ seniority (including plant manager) either grew up w/ or are related to TMs. Others aren't favorites.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Transfer Supervisors & managers w/ seniority out & replace w/ Supervisors not related 2 TMs in any way. Plant a corporate spy in management.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Certain TMs walk around & talk, avoiding Supervisors, no one questions this. One TM leaves the plant for 2 two-hour breaks. No one cares.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Favoritism is rampant. This plant puts $ 1st & TMs last. Plant Man & Asst P. M. demoralize, curse & yell at Supervisors. Replace management.
