I get to learn something new during every meeting
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel comfortable cracking a joke and having a good time. My teammates care about my life outside of Cutco and understand that Cutco is not a top priority.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leaders/managers of the team don't make work feel like I'm in an authoritarian environment. But instead they make it feel like I work with my managers not for my managers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get paid equally for the work I do. If I don't work, then I don't get paid and when I do work, I get paid regardless of the sales I make.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The energy that the managers bring during the meeting is unique and something that I have never experienced during work. Their passion for helping college kids Excell I'm every aspect of their lives (both within Cutco and outside of Cutco) is nothing short of amazing
