The company attracts great people, the work environment is fun and competitive, I have some true friends here.

It's extremely inclusive, non-judgmental, it encourages that there are different ways to be successful. Not a "one-size fits all" company.

Takes a personal interest in life outside of the business, makes sure I have personal goals I'm working towards alongside professional.

Culture, positivity, challenge each other towards personal and professional best. Meetings always start with things we are excited about in life.

The impact I have on the people who work under me, seeing them accomplish incredible things is the most rewarding achievement a manager can have.

That I love about 80% of what I do, I think that is incredibly unique. Most days I go to work excited and leave with even more energy.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Each person is unique, it allows us to collectively think outside the box and come up with diverse and competitive solutions to problems or areas of opportunity in our organizations.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don't feel undervalued at all - I think some slight restructuring in pay would make staying with a company I really like just that much more financially feasible.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are always actively focused on improvement, no one is perfect but when the overall goal is to make the work experience better for everyone involved - something is being done right there for sure.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Our goals are in line, to really thrive in the company we have to be doing well as a person. There is a holistic goal/business plan that supports how I am doing in and outside of the office.

What makes you most happy at work?

The impact I have on young professionals as a leader. It takes a lot of work but I know the people who really take what we teach them will be impacted positively for the rest of their lives.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

That the bonuses are a direct result of the impact I make to my team. The better they do the better our team does, it makes sure each member of the team is supported towards their goals, an incentive to make sure each team member succeeds.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

While I think the incentive pay can be competitive I'm not sure the current model is reflective of what other companies offer for similar workload, effort and time put in, nor has it been updated enough to reflect inflation. In other words the same model 10 years ago would have been ideal.
