It's been amazing. I'm 28 now and I've worked with the company since I was a senior in high school. I love the people, the travel, the perks and the day to day work. There are definitely challenges as there are with any business but I wake up every day excited to get work done!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We travel 3 times per year. Usually twice to Mexico and once to Europe. When we do, it's predominately all inclusive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are willing to talk about things that need talked about. I know them all personally and it feels like a family!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a culture of everyone wanting you to win. It's not cut throat. People are genuinely happy for you when you accomplish something.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I genuinely enjoy working with every person that is on our team. I look forward to going to work because I love the people in our business the most.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me the happiest is seeing a new student in college find out for themselves that they are capable of more than they thought they were. Starting to tap into their potential is something that excites them and I love to see it.
