How like-minded everyone is, it's super safe and comfortable if you ever need to go to any of them for help on anything at all
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a new DM I haven't gotten to all the compensation packages yet, but I would have to think either pace bonus or the BMW program would be the best
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How inviting everything is, throughout all the different periods in my time with the company, I've never wanted to quit or leave because I didn't want to leave behind the environment in people
