Now being in my 30's, and having worked with Vector since 18 - I am beyond grateful for the lessons, relationships, and culture that I was exposed to at such an impressionable time. I'm even grateful for the work. This company is full of people who like me are fueled by growth and contribution.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their collective "style" focuses on gaining influence with the people they lead. They are great at relationships, culture, and adding value.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a culture of personal development which inherently creates an environment of positive attitudes, mental toughness, empathy & support, and overall "Good Vibes"
What makes you most happy at work?
To have the opportunity - and perhaps more importantly, freedom - to influence my whole experience. There's very little that I feel like I "have" to do
What are some of the best things about your team?
What we all have in common is to become the best versions of ourselves so we in turn can do that for the people we serve. Being brought up in this culture makes us like family.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It takes some of the best parts of being an employee vs. entrepreneur. There's the autonomy to build and create limitless income, but there's tremendous company support and structure that creates a safety net and independent business owner would not have.
