I showed up as a 19 year old with no real plan for life. 15 years later I can say with 100% confidence Vector helped me create a blueprint for who I wanted to be and then helped me obtain it.

I got here at 19 with no proof of real world skills and they molded me into a mature adult who became completely independent from my parents in less than 2 years.

Our PACE and CAR programs are amazing. An extra $1,000 every month to use as we choose as well as a BMW paid for by them.

They care about ME. Not just my results. Not jist my busines. Me. My family. My passions outside the business. My thoughts on importabt subjects. I matter to them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I was just speaking to someone about this. They were blown away how easy it was to get guest speakers from outside of our division to speak at our events (without compensating them), out of their want to help others. I said, "that's just the Vector way."
