It is hands down the experience that has changed my life. I would want any young professional to try out this position because not only should every person do sales at least once in their life, but they also should be able to experience an environment where they are supported and challenged.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have stayed at Vector for 3.5 years for a reason. I originally started as a senior out of high school in 2020 and my intention was to be here for a summer job. Obviously I found more value than I anticipated. The people, income, resume experience, and incentives make this job the best for me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment at Vector is extremely welcoming. I love the fact that we are open to all different types of backgrounds, personalities, and people.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at work is seeing the people that I work with. I look forward to being in an environment of high caliber people that want to see me succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is only friendly competition here. While everyone is competing for awards or leadership positions, they are also ALWAYS rooting for the other person and never using negative language in order to beat them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love to travel and be able to rub elbows with the best of the best in the company. I like the incentives that come with the position like travel, cool prizes, and FREE Cutco!

I love the fact that I am able to travel all over the world just for doing my job well! Not to mention the income opportunity that is available with the incentive pay. Work hard, play hard.

My team is extremely passionate about the Vector opportunity and sharing it with as many people as possible. I love the fact that I am able to provide for others the opportunity that completely changed my life.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at work is the lifelong connections that I have made. I know that even though I may not be with the company forever, I have built meaningful and real connections with people that genuinely want what's best for me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is extremely motivated and inclusive. We strive to give every person who walks through the door an equal opportunity to change their life around. We also are good as getting people invested in the idea of reciprocation because while they help our company, we help them build skills.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the team because they genuinely want the best for all of their people. Although competition exists in the business, there is no such thing as gate keeping in order to be "the best" in the business. The best share with the best because they genuinely want their people to succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the diversity of learning opportunities and how many different people can come together and use their strengths in order to achieve a greater purpose. I also appreciate the fact that my leaders are extremely invested in who I am as a person and the goals that I want to achieve in and out.
