I went from having no sales experience and very little confidence. To being one of the top 5% in the company and very confident with my communication skills and sales skills. I have added management experience to my resume and really challenged what I thought I was capable of.

The growth mindset and dreams concept that our division manager has built.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am able to help someone succeed in sales. When I can get someone moving in a good direction.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PACE bonus is great. It's a raise just for doing my job. I like the opportunity for monthly and campaign bonuses.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they're only a call or text away at all times. Everyone is in the business for themselves but not by themselves.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're all leaders. And they are very positive and open to helping if needed. We are also one of the top divisions in the company.
