Overall its been good. I love the people here. I feel like my manager does not respect boundaries, especially to my AM's. People are quitting because they feel constantly pushed and pushed too much. Its good to push people but without a solid relationship, pushing them wont work

Most people are caring, fun, thoughtful and hardworking
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are fun, hard working and caring individuals (for the most part)
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
- stop the "one size fits all" mentality - setting proper boundaries
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I love the trips / other perks but I feel like im never off the clock and the money doesnt pay enough for that
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I believe the culture is good for the most part and I love the people I work with. It seems that I've given too much of myself to this company in the years ive worked here- where now I feel nothing but burn out from the 60+ hoor work weeks I worked for too long. I do not feel respected by my DVM
