The genuine belief they have in my ability. They put in a ton of effort and energy towards the betterment of us.

There's always something new to learn or do. There is quite literally never a dull moment and the culture is so welcoming and hard working.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ability to determine how much I make based on my work ethic. It's not just collecting a check week after week. If I want a bigger check, I just need to go out and earn it.
