I started as an SMRA in April, then moved into sales in May. Since then, I have been promoted 5 times, including 4 in commission and to assistant manager. The job gave me my best friends, and I am so thankful.

We are a strong, super close family, and I really enjoy our team night outs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The harder I work, the more I make. It pays off to work harder because I get paid for the work I do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They want what is best for you and always show it, they always help with setting goals, and really help in every way that they can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all very close and joke around with each other. You always know that anyone on the team at any time will have your back.
