There is a genuine family feel, where they care about you personally vs. just as an employee

Seeing the success of those I lead, and the chance to impact their lives going into their future careers
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As managers we receive several bonuses throughout the year, for example after your first 8 months, the company will pay office rent
