What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help and develop other people and giving them the opportunity to achieve their goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that many times, hours and effort spent go unpaid. Beyond this, not all positions have the opportunity for benefits, so there can be periods of working which go totally and entirely uncompensated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is extremely invested in developing their people to be the best not only at work but in every facet of their personal lives. This type of support and encouragement is rare from a company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Vector is a diverse group of individuals who are united in their belief of improving others. Through this diversity, they are able to connect and help develop individuals from all walks of life.
What are some of the best things about your team?
