Vector has been the place for me to call home since I was an 18 year old freshman in college. This is the community where I have grown up and matured in a professional, personal, and financial matter. There is nowhere else I'd be more proud to call home.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always excited to put a great effort in. I enjoy working with people who take pride in the work they attach their name to.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the compensation package is the "sign-on" bonus we get upon opening an office. I really appreciate the fact that a company is willing to invest into someone and take a risk knowing it may or may not pay off.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect about the culture and environment at my company is the fact that we focus on growing people in more ways than just in their professional career. Vector is commonly packaged as a vehicle to help someone go from where they are to wherever they want to go in life.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am ecstatic to know that I provide an exceptional work opportunity for many people amongst my community. I also love that I can always be excited to introduce any member of my team to someone who is higher in rank than I am because we do a great job of promoting quality human beings.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the fact that the leadership team always makes sure to pay special attention and care to an individual as a person before employee. One of the reasons I am always so excited to show up to work is because I know the people on the leadership care about my success as a human being overall
