I've been with the company for over 5 years and it has been phenomenal. It hasn't been easy, but nothing worth doing ever is. I'm challenged often and given the opportunity to make mistakes. As a result, I've grown as an individual in my confidence, work ethic, and compassion towards others.

The focus of becoming the best version of ourselves both in and outside of the business.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
What I put in is what I get out. There are multiple different bonuses and incentives that I can earn, so as long as I put in the work, I am well rewarded.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is positive and focused on growth. It's difficult for me to be negative for any significant amount of time because I am constantly surrounded by positive, uplifting people who truly want to bring out the best in others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They truly care about their people. My manager is not only a fantastic role model and mentor, but a great friend as well. The leadership team as a whole is humble, passionate, and understand that when you go the extra mile for your people, your people will go the extra mile for you and the customers
