My experience has been overall great. I have some reservations about my division eroding and the leadership not caring but overall I think in general the leadership of the company really cares and strives to make the experience great for the managers and people.

I've been here 15 years and I couldn't imagine being anywhere else. The people, products, programs, and leadership are world class. This experience is second to none

Campaign bonuses, car bonus, PACE Bonus

we have fun when we get together but we don't have many opportunities to get together

I love that we attract and retain such high quality people. Mutliple people from this company will be in my wedding.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love seeing people overcome obstacles and fears that they once had and having those fears turn into real inner confidence.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture and environment is very solution oriented. We have an attitude to find a way to make things happen. It's very encouraging, uplifting, and positive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the fact that we get paid based upon the value we bring to the company and to our clients. There is an incredible income opportunity here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that the leadership team is very people first. Their motto is "people over profits". I might not always agree with how something is being done, but it always seems like they have our best interest at heart.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
MWR feedback: More time invested in the managers on a 1-on-1 level, i think they should get better at distributing information and best practices across the company, and I think the MWR needs to make it psychologically safer for managers to give feedback without repercussion
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
on a national level- we have a fantastic culture in vector in general and I think overall the people at the top really care about others success, on a divisional level, REgionally-our culture is okay but there is alot of favoritism and geographical favoritism, divisionally our culture is awful
