Vector Marketing is a wonderful company to work for. I've been here 17 years and I can honestly say that I'd never want to work anywhere else. The leaders truly care about me as a person, and I feel supported, challenged and encouraged every day.

I feel I provide more value than I am paid and believe I should be earning a higher salary.

The thing that makes me most happy at work are the people I get to see and have fun building the business with everyday.

Our leaders care so much about us as individuals, not just for what we do for the company. They truly desire to see us live our best lives and accomplish our dreams.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company reinvests its profits into its people through profit sharing program, and when we receive that bonus in December, it's such an amazing feeling to know my company cares about me and my family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team loves working together, and loves spending quality time with each other outside of work too. We are there for each other in good times and bad, and we have a blast every day while getting the job done to the best of our abilities!
