I started off really shy and not a strong performer with a lot of problems at home. My manager kept lifting me up whenever I was down and putting me in front of people who encouraged and believed in me and I now have run my own team and am the #1 person on his team.

I love how committed they are to us as individuals and how much they are willing to invest even if we have interests elsewhere.
