I am paid based off how much value I bring to the organization.

The fact that we travel and are rewarded for our efforts through incentives.

We travel together and we are constantly sharing ideas and methods that work for us.

The Family culture we have here is rare and I appreciate that each and every person is cared about.

Being aggressive about growth and the family like culture such as trips, team night out, and divisional / regional dinners.

That they invest in people while being fully aware that they are only college students who are most likely going to move on in the near future.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of my team members are now my best friends. Everyone in the business is motivated and is aggressive about growth which makes for a really great and unique atmosphere.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I can work as much as I want or as little as I want. Being able to support myself financially through school and life at the age of 18 is something most kids only dream about. I'm also able to travel 3-4 times per year for leisure.
