I would not be here if I did not love my job, the company, the product or the people. No place is perfect, but overall this is a really great company and I feel very lucky and fortunate to be a part of it!

We are not just a number, we are all a family and they make us feel like that everyday,
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I am helping our sales force succeed and that our customers are getting the best product of its kind
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all have the same goals.....to help customers get the best knives and 1st class service while making sure our reps make a good living, enjoy their jobs and get great experience
What are some of the best things about your team?
We really care about each other, on more than just a work level, and always have each others back. I know we would all do just about anything for each other. We have a lot fun and like to laugh....in an outside of work!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't necessarily feel undervalued, but over the years have had more responsibility and workload. I work overtime (on my own) with no money compensation and have not received a pay raise in over 20 yrs. With only a small cost of living increase each yr, sometimes that can be frustrating.
