It's been amazing! Every step of the way, I've been surprised with the leadership and how much effort they have put in to my success. It has been even better than I had hoped when I first started!

Watching people succeed beyond what they thought they could!

That I am compensated more if I do a better job.

They were very thorough in explaining the company and the position before they even started asking me questions.

The company attracts a very motivated positive group of people which I think creates a good synergy for the team.

They are really passionate about positively impacting the people that work with company and the community at large. They really care!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That there is a base pay for security, but that I'm also able to earn unlimited bonuses and incentives as I do a good job!

I can tell they are committed to the success of not only the company as a whole, but also to the success of me as an individual.

I love that there is security but also that there is no cap to what I can earn. The better I become, the greater my compensation will be.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The diversity of different backgrounds, ages, and situations that work with the company. It also is motivating to be around a really positive and motivated group of people!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is that anyone given enough effort and with the right attitude can accomplish anything. It's really inspiring to be around peers and superiors that want to model and cultivate greatness.

The 2 things that I like the most are the culture of growth/learning. And #2 is the culture that I as the worker can achieve whatever success I want, if I put in the effort!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that they seem to make every major decision with the benefit of the workers in mind. Seeing what lengths they went to to help us succeed and grow during and through this pandemic has been amazing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that the team is made up of people from different ages and different backgrounds but that share a common drive and positive attitude. It's an environment that brings the best out of me, because we are all working together to achieve our individual goals, which in turn helps the team succeed.
