In my 2+ years with the company, my life has been completely transformed for the better. The people consistently push me to become a better version of myself. I have been able to advance in the company at a young age and I love the faith that others have in me to do incredible things as a student.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the investment in both our own personal growth and the personal growth of others. Although there is competition, I love the willingness of managers to share their habits of success with others.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love the culture and how supportive everybody is towards each other. The relationships I have formed, both with my representatives and other managers have become invaluable. Everybody wants to see each other succeed and push each other to grow personally and professionally.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a manager, I love being paid for the work and effort that I am putting in. My paycheck is directly correlated to my performance, so it is within my own control. I appreciate being compensated for my value and influence, not just for showing up.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being able to help and influence others in a positive way. It is incredibly rewarding to hear from my representatives how this position has completely changed their life. Seeing people persevere and overcome adversity brings me joy because I know they are growing and evolving as a person.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The collaboration that takes place at all levels of the company. I love how people are willing to talk to others and provide insight, even if you are outside of the division or outside of the region. People are committed to adding value to others, even if there is no personal benefit from doing so.
