What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are most positive. They are always looking at the good and how to improve and grow from the troubling and hard times.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
One awesome part is Branch Managers having the opportunity to make flat 50 for their sales. Just the income opportunity is exceptional; the harder you work, the more you can make.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
These exceptional people are always there to help if any of us have any problems, issues, or concerns. I am more confident in my abilities to perform and succeed with their assistance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our openness with one another. I can easily reach out to chat or discuss a new approach being considered in management. These people are so positive and always make me feel a necessary part of this organization.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to interact with all sorts of different people every day is what makes me happy and want to work around my studies. The fact that I have such a strong support system behind me also keeps me motivated.
