Everyone's attitude is very positive. We're always encouraging each other to do better, and the recognition we receive is something that I don't see in many other work environments.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get paid with the value we bring to our customers. It's fair to me since I am paid well for when I get better results or work harder than I have in other positions I've held. There are also additional bonuses available to us for hitting certain goals.
