Vector has created an environment for me at work where I'm able to be myself, make great income, and continue to grow and learn new things every day. I've met some of the best people in my life within this business due to the overwhelmingly positive and helpful people that I've met here.

Your team is only as good as their leader. They are extremely respectful and consistently in a growth environment. Our teams make our jobs amazing.

There is always something new to learn because everyone here is encouraged to be innovative so you always get to learn from very different people.

Everyone in our work environment has a positive outlook not just on their work, but life in general. My time here has definitely shaped me better as a person.

Our leadership team cares about their people more than just a number. You can tell why every single person in a management position cares. It a direct reflection of our executive staff.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get to take an insane amount of trips every single year and I get a BMW for free to travel personally. Also as a District Manager we get paid a ton of different ways, on top of our commissions.
