I truly don't know where I'd be without Vector Marketing. I started working here as someone who had dreams but no plans and didn't have much direction in life. Through working here all areas of my life have improved. I'm more connected to people and overall have a sense of purpose outside of myself.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the fact our leadership team is committed to diversity and providing opportunities for individuals to advance within the company and grow personally outside of work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the compensation is package is the fact that the harder you were and more knowledgeable you are the more you earn. In addition to that there's opportunity to earn several bonuses.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most happy at work when I get to help others. Sometimes that's at a team meeting connecting with representatives, others it's during an interviewing providing an opportunity to someone, other times it's helping to close a sale.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture of growth. It's the most positive thing about us because it encompasses so much. Helping people grow financially and bettering their financial habits. Professionally, making them more marketable if they choose to leave. Personally, so they can live the life they want outside of work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that even after months of not seeing team member that live out of state we reconnect as if we worked in the same office. The team cares about the company's success and the individual's success as well. I feel at home with them and know that they actually care; they don't just say they care.
